It was just brought to my attention that New York Magazine's online update has included my work at the Affordable Arts Fair. Momentary, Brooklyn, NY. 2007 has been included in a recent write up on affordable art vs. insanely priced work (Damien Hirst's diamond riddled skull piece)

Is the school taking part of the money when you sell work in that context? If so, something about that seems weird to me.

No... the gallery through the school took nothing. Straight to the artist. And yes that would be weird to have to give the school a cut.
